Reservations
Although walk-ins are welcome they are subject to availability. To ensure the timeliest service we recommend that you schedule an appointment and that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service.
Allow a few minutes early to allow time for paperwork.
Drink plenty of water prior to and after services to help flush toxins from the body.
Please allow 1/4 inch hair growth before waxing services.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request a 24 hour cancellation notice. Full service will be charged if not received.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any service, combination of services, or any cash value. Visit us for purchase or you can call at 803.642.8511. We accept cash, personal checks (with proper identification), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Valuables
We highly suggest that you leave your valuables at home. Changes of Aiken can not be liable if a valuable is lost or stolen.
Recommendation
Our spa is a place of peace and tranquility. Please leave cell phones, beepers, and other electronic devices in your car. In our salon, for your peace of mind and that of our guests, please bring your children only if they have an appointment.
